As part of Olympia's commitment to quality, the following features come standard with every metal building.

Bearing Rib Panels have an extended overlap to provide a leak proof seal and are far stronger than the commonly used "R" roof panels. PBR roof
panels come standard on every metal building and are backed by a 25 year rust
perforation warranty.
50 year structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
The frame of the building includes a 50 year structural
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Gray primer oxide is applied to the metal I-beam frame as protection
against corrosion.
Girts, purlins and C-sections - beams that hold the frame, roof and side panels in place - are also galvanized with a zinc coating to provide extra protection against corrosion.
Lifetime warranty on stainless steel self-drilling capped
fasteners
Engineered for rapid drilling, Olympia Steel Buildings self-drilling
fasteners resist slipping of the drill point thus minimizing surface damage
to the metal. These fasteners used in conjunction with our neoprene
washers provide a water tight seal for the building and include a lifetime
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
40 year warranty on Ceram-A-Star® 1050 siliconized polyester paint
Olympia's painted sheeting is precision coated with Akzo Nobel Ceram-A-Star® 1050 paint. Akzo Nobel is a leading producer of paints, finishes and synthetic resins for industrial applications. The Akzo Nobel paint used to coat Olympia's painted sheeting is known under the trade name of Ceram-A-Star® 1050. This particular coating is referenced as a “cool coating” which has superior reflective qualities, and consequently acts as a thermal barrier to keep the inside of buildings cooler. The use of Ceram-A-Star® 1050 allows for energy credit under the federal tax code. Between the paint manufacturer and Olympia, a total of a 40 year warranty
is offered standard with all of our steel buildings. Choose from ten panel colors and four trim colors . (Note: Colors shown may differ from actual colors
