Metal Buildings Drafting and Detailing

The team of engineers and draftsmen utilizes advanced CAD-CAM software created exclusively for the metal building manufacturing industry to design and engineer buildings which meet or exceed local building codes. The engineers can certify and stamp blueprint drawings for every state in America including Hawaii and Alaska and provide final construction drawings.

Steel Building CNC Technology

The factory utilizes Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) technology to create the highest quality secondary steel framing. The CNC machines use streams of digital information from CAD-CAM outputs to cut, roll form and pre-punch bolt holes in the steel components used to assemble metal buildings. Because the steel building factory is completely automated using CNC technology it is able to produce higher quality components in less time, allowing us to pass substantial savings on to you.

Steel Girt and Purlin Production

Every girt and purlin produced in the steel buildings factory is galvanized with a zinc coating which seals the surface of the steel to prevent rust. Unlike many metal buildings manufacturers, this rust-prevention treatment is standard on all metal buildings at no additional cost.

Metal Building Welding Department

Certified welders utilize the latest gas metal arc welding (GMWA) technology in metal buildings manufacture. The advanced twin-arc submerged welding system is capable of manufacturing structural steel components up to 72 inches deep allowing the production of column-free building interiors up to 200 feet wide. All welded components pass strict quality control requirements before the metal buildings are shipped.
